Waiver and Consent Terms

Wilton Language Academy – German Free Class (Teens and Youth)

By registering my child (or myself, if an adult participant) for the German class with Wilton Language Academy, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in language classes involves typical classroom activities, which may include group work, games, songs, movement, and use of basic supplies. I accept the risks associated with these activities and agree to participate (or allow my child to participate) voluntarily.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless Wilton Language Academy, its instructors, staff, and partners, including the facilities where classes are held, from any claims or liability for injury, loss, or damages that may arise during participation in classes or related activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

3. Medical Consent

In the event of an emergency, I authorize Wilton Language Academy staff to seek medical care for myself or my child if I cannot be reached. I accept financial responsibility for any medical treatment.

4. Behavior & Participation

I understand that students are expected to treat teachers, classmates, and classroom space with respect. Wilton Language Academy reserves the right to dismiss a participant whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

5. Media Release (Optional)

I grant permission for Wilton Language Academy to use photos or short video clips taken during classes for educational or promotional purposes (website, flyers, social media). If I prefer not to grant this permission, I will notify the Academy in writing.

6. Attendance & Cancellations

I understand that this class is offered free of charge. Because space is limited, I agree to notify Wilton Language Academy if I or my child cannot attend, so that another family may participate.

7. Acknowledgement

By checking “I Agree” on the registration form, I confirm that I have read and understood this waiver and consent form, and I voluntarily agree to its terms on behalf of myself and/or my child.
